This balanced and clean ale yeast is of course great for Altbier and Kölsch production, but also for a wide range of beers including Blond ales, American Wheat, Berliner Weisse, Gose, and anywhere a clean fermentation is desired. Extended chilling or filtration is suggested to obtain clear beer. Attenuation: 72-78% // Optimum Temp: 15-22°C (59-69°F) // Alcohol tolerance: Medium // Flocculation: Medium-low
